About the speaker:
Anna-Kajsa Lidell is a Swedish entrepreneur who has built, scaled and exited a purpose-driven food company, with food security as a firm goal. As co-founder of Food for Progress, she created groundbreaking brands like Beat and Oumph!, earning a hat trick in the World Innovation Awards while navigating rapid growth, global demand, and the realities of scaling, from crop losses caused by pests to factory rebuilds, product recalls and cash flow crises.
Her experience spans the full food system, combining hands-on execution with a systems perspective, while leading through the human realities that unfold in parallel with any entrepreneurial journey.
Her pioneership has helped shape Sweden’s food innovation landscape over the past two decades. Today, she serves as a board member and acts as a broker of value chain collaborations and systemic investing, focused on regenerative food systems that work for the nourishment of all life. She operates across silos and continents, connecting actors that rarely meet, building the relationships required to move knowledge, capital and action at the speed of trust.
