Presentation:

Don’t panic”, is what’s written on the cover of the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, which could well apply to our journey from a "corporate incubator" to a 50/50 Joint (Ad)Venture.

Looking back from where we are today (“hindsight is 20/20 vision”) some examples will be discussed which surely will resonate and may bring some inspiration and hopefully a boost for navigating the challenges and opportunities in today’s highly unpredictable, uncertain, complex and ambiguous context.

“You better stay awake!”, remain agile and be prepared to change course on strategy, market, product, business model, legal constructs, really any aspect of your business, when so required or dictated by the ever-changing landscape surrounding you.
