About the speaker: 

Rune is an engineer who has worked to create various solutions to the many challenges of producing seaweed in aquaculture. He has 6 years of experience with seaweed in his own company, and has now launched a new effort with a brand new technology in a new company.

Company info:

Blue Harvest Technologies is a startup company with parents both in Aquaculture and Engineering. The company is a 50/50 venture, and was created to develop technology that would make the seaweed industry actually output industrial amounts of seaweed.

Presentation: 

Blue Harvest Technologies has developed a prototype for a seaweed farm that can produce large amounts of seaweed in a small footprint, be harvested in a short amount of time and is also scalable. The system is named LOOP Farm® and represents a whole new approach to these problems.
