Abstract of Seaconomy of the MARINER project (US), Marc von Keitz

Marc is attending this year’s Seagriculture conference in Den Haag, on November 7 & 8. He is a program director with the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E) of the United States Department of Energy and they are in the process of launching a funding project for large-scale cultivation of macroalgae in the ocean.
